Transport

Our products are packed with the highest care to be protected from transport damage. We issue factory test certificates at the request of the customer.

The logistics department informs the customer about the finalisation of the goods and the transport is arranged by the customer's own logistics company or by our in-house logistics service provider.

For exports to third countries, the necessary customs documents are organized in advance and, if necessary, permits are checked and obtained with BAFA.

The processes described above are always traceable and documented.

Every shipment arranged by us can be tracked online. The electronic proof of delivery can be arranged upon request.

In the case of pick-up by external forwarding agents, we always require a written pick-up order for submission. The acceptance of the shipment will be confirmed in writing.
