Thanks to the high mechanical strength and chemical resistance of our graphites, they are particularly well suited for PVD (physical vapour deposition) and CVD (chemical vapour deposition) processes.

Various graphite parts are used in the application of thin layers of titanium carbide and titanium nitride. For these applications we supply graphite targets, cones, plates, groove plates, foils and felts.
